Welcome to Wilson's Service Department! Our factory trained technicians service machines throughout Northwest Ontario with our fleet of service vehicles. With service departments in Sioux Lookout, Dryden, Fort Frances, Kenora, Thunder Bay  and Thompson, we are the largest office equipment service center in Northwest Ontario.

We also service machines in northern First Nation communities with our fleet of aircraft. These communities range from Quebec to Manitoba with our own pilots flying from Dryden and Thompson.

Warranty Information

This table covers equipment of which Wilson's will honor a warranty. Please note that any equipment purchased outside of Canada is not eligible for warranty service work, and equipment which is not CSA approved will not be serviced by Wilson's. Also note that if warranty is not an issue, Wilson's will, of course service equipment regardless of where it was purchased or whether or not Wilson's is an authorized warranty provider. The exception to this would be in situations where the manufacturer will not provide parts and requires all repairs to be sent in to a central repair depot.
