We pledge total satisfaction! Our goal is to give you the quality service and price that you expect and deserve. Should you find a product unsuitable, or if it should fail to perform due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship, return it within 30 days for a complete refund when complying with the following conditions of return.
RETURN
On approval full credit or refund will be cheerfully issued on any regularly stocked item returned within 30 days of delivery with the invoice or cash receipt. The returned merchandise must be unopened, in saleable condition complete with the original packaging and all instruction materials. Special orders cannot be returned. Electronic items, including digital cameras, printers, computers, PDAs, and software products must be completely re-saleable and returned unopened within 15 days or it is non-returnable. Defective electronic items may be exchanged for identical items only during this period. Under certain conditions, restocking charges may be applied.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & PRICING ACCURACY
While we have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website, some prices and specifications may be subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors. The product details are based on the most up-to-date information available at the time of posting. Specifications may be changed or products discontinued without notice. Should an item become unavailable, we reserve the right to replace the item with a comparable substitution of an equal or greater value.
BULK QUANTITIES
Bulk quantities must be of the same colour and size. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
PAYMENT
Payment must be received within net 30 days from the date of invoice, with approved credit. Finance charge may apply to overdue accounts. The prices on this website reflect current retail prices at the time of posting. Please call one of our representatives for up to the minute pricing.
TAXES
Prices on this website do not include and are subject to all applicable taxes. The Goods and Service Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and applicable Provincial Sales Tax (PST) will be charged in accordance with Provincial laws. These taxes will be shown separately on your invoice.
DELIVERY
All orders will be processed within 2 hours during the regular work day. Orders will be processed through the Dryden warehouse. Shipping charges may apply, depending on location.
